Dispatch policy
Although every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we do not provide usability guarantees, and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. The goods are usually shipped within 24 hours. If we are unable to ship your order within 3 days, we will contact you via email with an estimated shipping date and provide you with the option to cancel your order. Orders containing out-of-stock items will be delayed until all items are available.

Lost or delayed orders
The delivery time shown at checkout is a typical value and cannot be guaranteed (except for guaranteed delivery the next day). China orders can sometimes take up to 14 working days to be delivered, while international orders can take up to 21 working days. For orders that arrive after these time periods, no refund will be given.

Payment currency
Please note that all transactions will be conducted in U.S. dollars. If you choose a different currency, the amount charged may be slightly different from the amount displayed at checkout, based on your bank exchange rate.

Cancellation and return
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you have the right to cancel the contract, return the goods and get a full refund or replace the goods. For information on how to cancel, please see our "Delivery and Returns" section. Please send us an email before returning, telling us you want to return and why.

Age restricted products
In China, it is illegal to buy razor blades and razors under the age of 18. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old when you purchase these products.

Colour
Due to browser software and monitor limitations, the color of the product may be slightly different from the color displayed on the website.

Keep secret
All confidential information is kept securely and transmitted only in encrypted form. Customer details will not be passed on to third parties and will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Traditional shaving companies do not store any credit card details.

Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use of this website.

Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Chinese law, and all parties to the contract are subject to the jurisdiction of the Chinese courts.

Consumer Rights
None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
